ADO Group entered into the cement sector with the establishment of a grinding and packaging facility in 1995 in Antalya. Adocim extended its investments nationwide with a vision of manufacturing high quality and reliable cement and concrete products complying with the standards.
After obtaining regulatory approvals and completing the due diligence process, a 50% equity stake in Adocim Cement and Concrete Inc.Co. was purchased by Titan Cement Group, a multinational cement manufacturer, by signing the final purchase agreement on 17 April 2008.
