RAW MATERIAL /MINE PRODUCTION
Barite is extracted both from underground and open mines located at a distance of 25 km to the Sarkikaraagac Town of the Isparta Province. Our company’s run of mine production is calculated approximately 80.000 tpa whose 50.000 mt is obtained from open pit mining and 30.000 mt from underground mining. In addition, it is planned to obtain 40.000 mt of concrete product by making an investment in slime treatment.
PLANT /BARITE PRODUCTION
Our plant, established on a closed area of 4564 m² and an open area of 31.250 m² , has a barite production capacity of 90.000 tpa drilling grade/ for brake linings and friction products and 20.000 tpa of micronized and chemical grade.
Our grinding process is planned to be flexible for changing customer needs. We are able to produce different products in terms of particle size and whiteness upon customers' requests.
All of our products that are used in the paint industry are produced in the micronizing mill system with a production capacity of 20.000 tpa. Drilling grade barite and barite for brake linings and friction products are produced in the vertical mill grinding system with a capacity of 90.000 tpa.
The micronizing mill sytem consists of two ball mills and auxiliary systems. Each ball mill has a dimension of 3.0 m x 1,5m and an average capacity of 1.5 ton/hour. The standard mill system consists of one vertical roller mill having an average capacity of 13 tons/hour and auxiliary systems.
Aggregate products are produced in the washing-enrichment unit.

PACKING:
Packaging is made in fully automated packing units in various types such as 1.000 – 1.200- 1.500 kg. big bags and 25-40-50 kg. kraft sacks. Silobus filling system.
